This project was carried out to improve the usability of the Hyundai Food Hall ‘To Home,’ and directions for improvement were sought through diagnosis of the current site.

Participants suitable for usability testing were recruited through recruiting, and attitude data (What People Say) of users using Hyundai Food Hall to Home was analyzed through the process of mission, questionnaire, and interview. In addition, the government wanted to suggest future improvement directions through comparative analysis and trend survey with competitors.
