The Lotte Human Resources Development Institute’s integrated LMS construction project aimed to improve learners’ access to education in line with the changing environment and improve system utilization and learner satisfaction as an educational portal.

Unlike conventional standardized LMS, the integrated LMS system provided a changed learning environment based on technology, practically supported the combination of online and collective education, and supported learning tailored to learners’ tendencies at any time.
